#[ sing it ]#early memories #venom wasn't his name. just a stupid nickname he'd accepted before he was the kobra kid #way before #he wouldn't give a name. not even to me. to him i was mike. to others i was poison or milligram but to him i was mike #i dont blame him. mike wasn't even my given name. just something i made up the first time someone cared to ask. so of course i was fine #- associating with it. there were no ties to the past. no ties to the city. everything i was was handmade. he just needed time #the nicknames stuck for a variety of reasons #kobra was all bite and no bark. immensely skilled at hand to hand combat and lived by the way of “shoot first. ask questions later”#it was survival #strangers were met with hostility. hostility waved off by friends with “dont mind that venom kid. he's just like that”#he had alotta guts. i dont think i wouldve gotten anywhere had we never found each other #but he was aggressive. and that often wasnt a good look for us #(i say. as if my pathetic as was)#eventually venom evolved into kobra kid. and we both developed a real sense of self at one point or another #this is such a ramble #girl whatever #danger days kin #fictionkin #dangerdayskin
