Little minds to Great minds

"Little minds are tamed and subdued by misfortune; but Great minds rise above them." 

 - How can I overcome being part of "Little minds" and rise above that to be part of "Great minds"?! 

When I have been failing in getting most of things work correctly! 

When I have failed in getting it work since 6 months! 

Do I become thick-skinned, carry on and believe that, it is okay? 

I haven't questioned my Boss, but 100% he will say! "It's fine and your doing great!" 

However, That great!! Makes me doubt myself 100 times!

Three months have passed since

 I have been handled the full responsiblilty of AVA project. I was looking forward to fail soon! However, the case did not turn toward that road!

               I managed to know what I will be doing perfectly - Although when it comes to achieving great results - it was not the case. So I was able to reach my goal and get some results- however it was not as fast as I wished.

               It’s slower and not that good! - Which makes me troubleshoot more! and take longer time! - What makes me unsatisfied is that I know I have a short timeline to follow and achieve the huge progress of that project!

              Not sure if I will ever get to succeed! - However, I will give it my BEST! and see what I come out with!
