Long time no see! Have been trying to study as well as meeting with friends as I'm peaving soon. Soap UI tool is not that complicated, I'm studying by the videos but my computer needs to reinstall Windows asap as today I got a random Windows error, it came as a blue/black screen and then the laptop just restarted lol Also, my wsdl file what I was working with doesn't work anymore and I'm not sure what to do. Did anyone know any Webservices avaliable which I can use?

[Important][Notice] 2026-02-10 Guide regarding Rakuten Webservice API Migration

Thank you for using Rakuten Webservice.

To Our Valued Developers and Affiliate Partners,

To enhance security and performance, Rakuten Webservice is implementing a mandatory infrastructure upgrade.

Consequently, all partners using our APIs must take action to ensure their applications continue to function correctly.

Summary of Changes

This upgrade involves three main changes:

Migration to New API Domain: All API endpoints are moving from the current app.rakuten.co.jp to a new, robust domain: openapi.rakuten.co.jp.

Update to New Authentication System: We are introducing an enhanced security system. As a result, existing API keys will be deprecated. You must re-register your application to obtain new credentials.

Deprecation of Old API Versions: Older versions of API endpoints will be decommissioned.

[Important] Request to Check API Versions

Before proceeding, please check the API endpoint versions you are currently using.

1. Find Latest Versions: Please verify the latest supported versions for all endpoints on our documentation portal: Access Latest API Documentation

2. Check Deprecated Versions: We have published detailed lists of the specific endpoint versions being deprecated for each service on our official news blog. Please review the notices relevant to you:

Required Actions (By May 13, 2026)

Re-register Application: Starting February 10, 2026, log in to the Rakuten Developer Dashboard and re-register your app to generate a new applicationId and applicationSecret.

Update Code: Update your application code to reference the new domain (openapi.rakuten.co.jp), use the new API keys, and update endpoints to the latest API versions confirmed above.

Migration Timeline

Feb 10, 2026 – May 13, 2026: Transition Period This is the official migration window. Both old and new systems will be operational. Please complete your migration during this time.

From May 14, 2026: New System Only The old domain (app.rakuten.co.jp) and old API versions will be permanently shut down. All traffic must use the new system.
