Okohoshi week day 6: Real World AU

A professor and history buff meets a sword specialist at a museum by chance. She loves learning anything swords, he loves to use them.

I may or may have not put a bit more thought into this one as it randomly came to me. I took a bit of time because I was wondering if I should write more for it but the writer's block was BLOCKING ME SO HARD.

"Aren't ya supposed to be at the school?"

"I would be," Konomi honked her nose hard enough into the tissue, purposefully enough so that Soshiro could hear it. "If I weren't sick."

She could hear shuffling in the background. Something shutting. An engine roaring to life. What on earth was he doing?

"Guess I'd better reroute then."

Konomi shot up in bed. "Oh, no you're not." She threw the blankets off and she felt her temperature rise even more. And not because of the fever.

"Relax, I know my way there. And the dojo opens in 30 minutes, I'll make it." She felt lightheaded. From excitement or nervousness, she doesn't want to know.

Scrambling for her fluffy slippers, she stumbled around the bed and yanked the curtains aside, and waited for a minute. The school wasn't far. His car was nowhere to be seen. Maybe he was just messing with her after all--

The doorbell rang.

new !! glasses !!!!

my new glasses came todayyyyy 🥰

i don't have a very strong prescription and it hasn't changed much in years, so i haven't bothered to get a new pair in a very long time

but!! then wonwoo became brand ambassador for jins and i was looking at the glasses in the jins x wonwoo collection and i was like "oh those are kinda cute and hey it's free returns in 30 days if i don't like them, okay" and now here we are lmao

they're much bigger than my old glasses so it's sorta weird to see myself in them but i feel!! cutie patootie heehee c: they're soooo light and comfy so far and the low bridge fit is???? magic. keeps them off my cheekbones which is astounding tbh love it

anyway very positive experience with jins so far, super fast (i ordered them late monday night and they arrived today, thursday, a mere three days later), easy ordering process, so far so good i will keep wearing them and see if i still like them after a few days hahaha
