I don't know when it happened, but at some point in the last couple months, I stopped being so afraid of showing some skin at the gym. I'm not in nearly the same physical shape as the majority of the people that I gym with, but they don't care about what I look like in the same way I'm insecure about it. It's nice feeling more comfortable in my own skin (god knows I have a lot of extra skin in which to be comfortable) than I used to. I don't know how much weight I've lost since the beginning of the year, because the scale I have at home is digital and has a 5-6 pound differential than the one the doctor uses, so I'm going by the doctor's scale, and I won't see him for another month. I'm hoping that if I increase my leisurely walks around my neighborhood and the neighborhood across the street I'll be able to further along my weight loss :) Yay, fitness! #Fitstagram #Fitness #WeightLossJourney #Cardio #WeightTraining #CoreWork #CircuitTraining #Hydrate #SweatyButHappy #GymSelfies #GymHair #FlushedFace #LosingWeight #WeightControlDiabetic #ReversingDiabetes #Type2Diabetes #T2D #Diabetic #LivingWithType2Diabetes #DiabetesAwareness
