Knocked out some big numbers this morning!! 7.25 mile/11.6km in 90 minutes! I’ve come a long ways and feel great about it too! Yesterday I did big numbers too however after looking at what I ate I defeated my efforts. Took it slow and study today did 6.25 mile/10 km in a tad over 90 minutes did pretty good 20 minutes on the #totalgym #treadmillworkout #treadmill #weightdrop #weightloss #newme #healthylifestyle #healthy #stronger me

Morning work out,did about 10 minutes of #strengthtraining and then about 30 minutes on the #treadmillworkout for a little over 2.5 miles/4.1km unfortunately I'm stuck at 252lbs\114kgs for the last 3 days but I'll get it off shortly... takes time to build a #newme overall I've come a long ways in over a year was in my 300's (pounds) 130's (kilos) at this time last year #weight #wellness #weightdrop #weightloss #weightlossplan #weightlosstransformation #diabetes #hypertension have all improved over the last year

Yesterday I called about my sugar numbers and getting sick off my metformin and after a few questions he got back to me and was stoked that my numbers are great so I'm going from 850 MGS 2 times a day to 2 ,500 MGS a day. As of the last 4 days I've kept myself between 244-242lbs.
