So my weight loss competition started today! Here's my three meals: 2 large eggs with 4 pieces of turkey bacon and a can of mushrooms for breakfast with a banana, for lunch a 4 oz porkchop with a serving of yellow potatoes and 1.5 servings of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with cheese sauce and for dinner a chicken salad (4 oz of chicken) with 80 calorie carmelized onion yogurt dressing. 😍 I'll also probably have a tablespoon and a half of peanut butter after my workout tonight. The calorie total is 1200 calories and I'm sticking to that everyday, give or take 50 calories. Now we'll see how my workout goes!
