I’m really enjoying my program the deeper I get into the program. 😊 _______________________________________________________________ Exercise: Band Assisted Nordic curl. How to: Loop the band around the post ensuring it allows for lengthening without it coming off. I personally start in a position where I drive my hips back and leaning my torso forward before starting the movement. Hold the band behind the head, lower yourself slowly and under control, start pulling from your hamstring and reverse the movement, try start the Pull with the band but finish using purely your hamstring.
