I might periodically talk about a weird thing my body does to connect with other people and see if y'all have a similar experience because the problem with being both chronically ill and medically gaslit is that it's hard to tell what's normal and what's not!
1) Do you feel pressure in your ears every day at all times? And I am talking every day. Not just when the elevation changes or you have an ear infection.
2) Does humming or stretching your jaw briefly relieve the pressure in your ears? Whenever I hum, I hear a "pop" which relieves the pressure but that pressure soon returns.
I don't have an ear infection, but I have near constant ear pressure issues. I hesitate to call it ear pain because it doesn't necessarily hurt. It just feels uncomfortable and makes it difficult to process sound sometimes!
