MAWS S3E4 discussion
Weird episode. I didn't know how to feel about it initially and I really struggled to write this discussion because it just felt off this episode.
Then, the villians came onscreen and it made sense once more. It was so fun watching Slade and Lex work together because obviously. They've been my no#1 ship since s2. I love them.
Hank Henshaw dive into pure evil was so jarring, but i love the decision so much. Like, of course, he'd immediately turn into a villian the second anyone pushes back against him.
Lex and Slade's arguments of "Are you fucking serious? You bought that?"
"Pfftttttt, what's he gonna do?" Cut to five seconds later he's taken over completely. It's great, I love it.
Jon was a delight, though it did take me a second to warm up to him. Now, give him his pink bubblegum-haired boyfriend.
If I'm not getting Kon, I, at least, want Jay.
Kara dreaming about petting a dog and then riding a horse later....I see, Woman of Tomorrow inspo.
The dinasour people being real was both a given and a suprise. This is the DC universe, ofcourse Jimmy wasn't wrong about everything.
