I guess this foreshadows blaming Nelly Dean for the entire "tragedy" of Catherine & Heathcliff but what kind of bonkers analysis is this? Yes, paid servants are to blame when rich people made very dangerous decisions. How dare Nurse and Nelly not save these people from themselves! And Nurse obviously knew that everyone was going to die, how could she not?!
