I believe in canon Akako just doesn't exist at all, but I think that's boring!

So she DOES exist in the Twin AU, but she doesn't have any powers. She fancies herself a witch still (with crystals and tarot cards) and her gimmick is that she does divinations and uses her tarot cards to tell your future.

However she's almost always accurate and is scarily perceptive, so it's more so like she's just really smart and is just using a roundabout version of deductions to back her divinations
