thinking of cranial nerve testing (as one does casually does when they're,, supposed to be studying for their semestrals. uh) and potentially turning it into a. thing. gonna throw away some situational realism and exchange it for Test realism bc you're all going go learn about cranial nerve testing with me!

note: some creative liberties have been taken with this, it's mostly based on what i've learnt but very obviously it's not all there is to it (need to cut out 10384939 things so that it fits narratively) so don't come for me. also i learn about animals and know nothing about human shit. if anyone studies human med here,,, you probably wouldn't do this on a patient. at least not legally. apart from that (and some gland/directional terminology differences) the nerves are literally the same.

also fair warning this is very nerdy. i typed a whole thing of what nerves perform what function but it got deleted so i'm not gonna type it again. basically 1-olfactory 2-optic 3-occulomotor 4-trochlea 5-trigeminal 6-abducens 7-facial 8-vestibulococchlear 9-glossopharyngeal 10-vagus 11-accessory 12-hypoglossal

(it makes sense initially then devolves into nerve numbers. it's my study material so it might not make sense. you have been Warned. not proofread and i will not be liable for any accidental false information bc i'm doing this from pure memory- pretty sure i'm right tho.)

anyways. dr jiang xiaoshuai who's patient is none other than (human) puppy wu suowei. his owner says he's been walking a little unusually lately. his legs and all seem normal, so, cranial nerve test it is.

first, sense of smell. can wsw smell the treat? yes, it's in the front of jxs' pocket, very good boy!

second, optic. can he see? does he blink when jxs' cock springs in front of his face (menace response), do his pupils constrict when jxs tilts his head up into the light (pupillary light reflex)?

he can, so he earns another good boy point.

cranial nerves three, four, six. do his eyes track as jxs moves his dick from side to side? when jxs forcefully turns his head, do his eyes remain on his cock? no? if jxs slaps his cheek lightly (oh, and that's the fifth cranial nerve - trigeminal, for facial sensation) and then his eyes focus- good.

nine and ten are easy- jxs pushes his thumb between wsw's lips and thrusts inside. the cranial part of his throat spasms- palate, pharynx- then he shoves it further- larynx, oesophagus- wsw gags around it- as he should.

theres wetness pooling in his mouth, in the rounds of his eyes- and that's perfect, another win for the seventh (facial). jxs squeezes his neck muscles lightly, and there's no signs of atrophy, (eleven, accessory), just tenseness as he tightens his hold. twelve, hypoglossal, when wsw's tongue pushes helplessly, fighting against the weight in his mouth, fighting for a way to breathe. good muscle tone, albeit useless.

he grabs the back of wsw's neck then, thrusting, using his mouth like a warm flashlight. his throat spasms, nine, ten, nine- then, when jxs comes down his throat and wsw grimaces at the taste- ten, nine, seven as he pulls out.
