The only criticism I have is that they should have at least included the scene of CC and WSW visiting the grave of WSW's parents together or, even better, ended the show with it. But other than that it was truly a wonderful series and I had the time of my life watching it! I'm gonna deeply miss both the characters and the fandom experience. It was a fun ride!

People too stuck on Wu Suowei saying no he doesn't love Chi Cheng.

As if it's literally not obvious in all his actions.

As if Chi Cheng doesn't fucking see it.

Chi Cheng does see it.

God, why do you think he would even give Wu Suowei the chance to explain things if he didn't know Wu Suowei loved him. If he hadn't seen Wu Suowei's sincerity.

Chi Cheng did not break up with Wu Suowei because Wu Suowei said he didn't love Chi Cheng.

Chi Cheng broke up with Wu Suowei because Wu Suowei genuinely believed that Chi Cheng did not love him.

That Wu Suowei believed that Chi Cheng loved Wang Shuo.

That Wu Suowei saw Chi Cheng being good to him and decided it was indifference.... That even when Chi Cheng does decide to be cruel to Wu Suowei, because that's what he was going for, to show him that fine he will be cruel to prove he loves him.

But even that only breaks Wu Suowei further. Because Wu Suowei believed that even that cruelty was indifference instead of the love, despite asking for it.

Chi Cheng left because he could see that no matter what he said or did, Wu Suowei would not believe he's loved.

Not right now.

So he left.

Chi Cheng can see through Wu Suowei's lies very easily.

There's no way that he didn't see that wu Suowei loves him but if wu Suowei does not believe in chi Cheng's love then he is going to leave.

Because it's hurting wu Suowei. The pain is so so obvious how can chi Cheng not see it?

He's the one hurting wu Suowei because his love isn't obvious enough even when he spells it out.

So he's going to do what he can do.

He is going to leave.

Because Wu Suowei opened the door and he will leave so he will stop hurting him.

Even if it hurts chi Cheng. He will leave because he can't cause wu Suowei any more pain.
