He is definitely afraid of hurting her. Bloodlust is built into the curse, and sometimes, his instincts become difficult to quell. It’s in moments such as these, that he has to take certain measures to ensure he doesn’t do anything he’ll come to regret.
Quick question. How did Gus, Willow and Hunter each handle their first transformations? Art is optional.

“The Night is Bleakest Beneath a Full Moon” by TrashSaberCat (known as @giganonyx here on Tumblr) is an amazing fic with an awesome werewolf Hunter! Not some fluffy doggo, like many werewolves in the multifandom tend to be, but a real feral beast (heed the warnings! Bad things happen!), albeit not by choice.
Though the plot is centered on Hunter becoming a werewolf, it is not totally Hunter-centered. I loved the solid perspectives of all the characters (Wrecker's being my favourite) having to deal with their brother gone feral and dangerous. Everybody suffers, everybody is conflicted and torn apart, some not only mentally 😱.
Not fantasy!AU, BTW, the werewolves are incorporated into the SW canon quite organically.
Can't wait for the update! 😉
