Look at what the crew done did. Had you said at the beginning of the year we would do a triathlon in August I wouldn't have even sniggered, I probably would have ignored you and told anyone that would listen that you'd the lost the plot. BUT here we are once again doing something that none of us thought possible. Everything that could have went wrong in the water bar a shark attack and an oil spillage went wrong BUT what you gona do in the middle of the Thames with nothing but water and friends for company? Keep swimming, keep smiling and think of home. Words cannot describe what an amazing day I have had and all because we pulled together as a team to get over the finish line. So thank you, all of you, those who were there and those who have helped us on our way to @TheLondonTri A special thanks needs to go #LondonTri who did their utmost to accommodate us, the kayakers who were truly amazing, #CheerDemCrew who could be heard screaming our names across the dirty dark depths of the Thames and @SwimDemCrew #SwimChallenge who have somehow fooled us all into loving the open water.
