I heard abt Valko and I’m so fucking disappointed in InFLOP. The poor people whose work will never see the light of day, who spent countless of hours making a character. The poor VAs who thought they had a stable source income but now lost their jobs (and I loved how all of them sounded too!).
The same people that complained abt lack of MS updates and wanted Valko gone doesn’t realise that since they decided to remove Valko, they will have to rewrite MS. Overall making the production time longer.
I’m so upset with that part of the community. Especially the apple and crow girlies that were a part of this, whose LIs also received hate at first. At least give him a chance to exist, if you don’t like him, don’t spend money on him.
We find out so much about the lore, the story, our MC, in every LIs chapter. It’s not even romantic in MS so it’s not like we’re forced to love them in the main content anyways…
Continuous Series (Chapter 1) Parts 1-4 | Divider Credit
The scent of rain and wet asphalt filtered through the cracked window, triggering the sharp instinct that always woke me exactly five minutes before my alarm. I sat up, the silk sheets slipping off my shoulders. My wolf ears twitched, catching the distant hum of the city, while my tail brushed against the mattress, restless.
No time to lounge. The board meeting was at nine, and EonCore Tech didn’t run itself.
I dropped to the floor of my private gym, bypassing the machines. I preferred the raw weight of my own body. Planting my palms against the hardwood, I began a sequence of explosive pushups. With a sharp breath, I triggered my Evol. The change was instant: crimson skin gave way to a sleek, liquid silver alloy. Metallization. My weight tripled, the density crushing the air from my lungs as I pumped out a hundred reps, my golden eyes locked on the floor. The sheer resistance burned the weakness out of my muscles, leaving me sharp, lethal, and awake.
Shifting back to flesh and bone, I headed for the shower. I let the water run scalding hot, washing away the sweat. My tail lashed, spraying water against the glass before I actively stilled it. I leaned against the tile, catching my reflection in the steam fogged mirror. Sharp jawline, short burgundy hair plastered to my forehead. I looked civilized enough, but the wildness in my eyes always gave me away. Except when it came to you. My unbound will, surrendered entirely to one person.
In the kitchen, breakfast was a precision routine. I needed fuel. I tossed a thick, premium ribeye into a smoking cast iron skillet, searing it rare. Alongside it, I prepped six eggs and a black coffee, no sugar. I ate standing up at the counter, checking market tickers on my tablet.
By 07:30, it was time to put on the armor of the modern world. I tailored my suits to hide my build, but the fabric still stretched tight across my chest and shoulders. I carefully threaded my tail through the hidden slit in my trousers, settling it comfortably, and smoothed down my hair, ensuring my ears were pinned back just enough to look sleek.
I grabbed my keys. The predator was suited up. Time to rule the concrete jungle.
Part 2
The glass doors of EonCore Tech parted for me like a parting sea. Every head turned, a collective shift in the room’s air as the employees braced themselves. To them, I was the immovable object—the Chairman whose gaze could freeze a room and whose corporate strategy was as unyielding as the metal I commanded.
I swept past the front desk, throwing a curt nod to the receptionist, whose heartbeat spiked just enough for my ears to catch it. Fear. Respect. It was the usual cocktail I inspired, and it served its purpose.
"The board is already assembling, Chairman," my assistant, Raina, said, scrambling to keep pace with my long strides as we hit the executive elevator. She handed me a tablet. "Q3 projections are up, but the tech sector is volatile today."
"Let them be volatile," I murmured, my voice a low rumble. "We set the market pace, Raina. We don't follow it."
The elevator doors chimed open on the penthouse floor. I stepped out, but instead of turning toward the boardroom, my feet carried me straight to my private office. Because before I could deal with the sharks in tailored suits, I had a promise to keep.
I closed the heavy oak door behind me, shutting out the corporate noise. Moving to my desk, I picked up my personal phone. The savage, restless energy that had been brewing in my chest since I woke up finally settled, replaced by a fierce, protective warmth. I tapped out a quick message.
I’m at the office. The day is already chaotic, but you’re the only thing on my mind. Eat a proper breakfast, and don't push yourself too hard today. I’ll be home the second this storm clears.
I stared at the screen for a beat, my thumb brushing the glass. To the world, I was a wolf in a three-piece suit, a CEO with iron fists and a silver-alloy edge. Unbound. Unpredictable. Wild.
But as I tucked the phone away and turned toward the boardroom, a slow smile touched my lips. They could think what they wanted. The world could try to chain me, but my loyalty, my heart, and my entire will belonged only to you.
I threw open the boardroom doors. Time to work.
Part 3
The temperature in the boardroom dropped the moment the doors clicked shut behind me. Twelve directors sat around the obsidian table, their scents a predictable cocktail of expensive cologne, stale coffee, and mounting anxiety.
"Chairman," Director Hunt started, clearing his throat as he adjusted his cuffs. "The market volatility we discussed... some of the primary stakeholders are questioning the aggressive timeline for the new neural link tech. They want to pull back. Delay the launch."
I didn't take my seat. Instead, I walked to the head of the table, resting my palms flat against the polished surface. I let my golden eyes scan the room, pausing on each face just long enough to let them feel the weight of a predator’s gaze. My ears twitched, picking up the frantic, irregular staccato of Hunt's pulse. He was hiding his own cowardice behind the nameless stakeholders.
"Pull back?" I repeated, my voice a dangerous, low purr.
I leaned down slightly. Underneath the table, hidden from their sight, my tail lashed once in irritation. On the table's surface, I allowed a fraction of my Evol to slip. The skin of my right hand rippled, flesh instantly turning into a heavy, cold liquid silver alloy. I tapped a single metallic finger against the obsidian.
Clang.
The sound was sharp, heavy, and echoed like a strike on an anvil in the silent room.
"EonCore doesn't pause for the weak willed," I said, my voice hardening into pure steel. "We built this empire by striking when the iron is hot. If the stakeholders are afraid of the dark, tell them to sell their shares. I'll buy them out myself by noon."
Silence. Total and absolute. Hunt swallowed hard, his heartbeat spiking with pure submission.
"Understood, Chairman," he managed, looking down at his papers.
"Good. Let's review the deployment strategy."
For the next three hours, I tore through their objections, re-aligning our infrastructure with brutal efficiency. By the time I dismissed them, they looked entirely hollowed out, but they were aligned. They knew exactly who ruled this jungle.
As the room finally cleared, I collapsed into my leather chair, loosening my tie just a fraction. My hand shifted back to warm, human flesh. I pulled out my phone, and the tension immediately melted from my shoulders. A single notification was waiting—a reply from you.
The predator inside me quieted, completely satisfied. The day was won, and now, the only thing left to do was conquer the paperwork and get back to where I truly belonged.
Part 4
The afternoon dragged on in a blur of data streams and legal briefs. By 18:00, the glass and steel tower of EonCore Tech began to quiet down. In the solitude of my office, I finally shed the rigid posture of the Chairman. I stood up, stretching my arms overhead until my joints popped, my tail uncoiling from its hidden restraint to lash out a rhythm of pure, impatient energy.
My golden eyes tracked the sun dipping below the city skyline, painting my office in shades of crimson and amber. My wolf ears twitched, catching the distinct sound of my phone buzzing against the desk.
It was a live camera feed from my home security system. You were home.
The restlessness that had been clawing at my chest all day spiked into sharp focus. I threw my tailored suit jacket over my arm, bypassed my assistant’s desk entirely, and took the private elevator straight down to the underground garage.
My matte black sports car roared to life, the engine a deep, mechanical growl that mirrored the mood vibrating under my skin. I tore out of the garage, threading through the evening traffic with predatory precision. The city was a grid of lights and obstacles, but my mind was already miles ahead, locked onto a single coordinate.
When I finally pulled into the garage, I didn't waste time. I unlocked the door, and stepped into the warm, familiar scent of my space, and you. The sterile, corporate world of EonCore washed off me the second the door clicked shut.
I tossed my keys and jacket onto the entryway table. My ears pricked forward, tracking the soft sound of your footsteps approaching from the living room.
"I told you I’d be home the second the storm cleared," I murmured, my voice dropping an octave, thick with a low, rumbling purr.
I closed the distance between us in two long strides, my massive frame casting a shadow over you as I reached out, wrapping my arms around your waist and pulling you flush against my chest. My tail wrapped around your leg, pinning you gently to me, while I buried my face into the crook of your neck, inhaling deeply.
The wild, unbound beast that commanded a tech empire had finally found its cage, and I never wanted to be free.
Man I can't believe they cancelled him WTF. I was so excited. He was gonna be my ultimate main.
I looked up chinese complains and they're either not Valko related (731 number in story, main story neglected), or just not valid (calling him gay, for western players, a home intruder!?).
Infold had issues but deleting Valko doesn't solve them.
ATTENTION TO LOVE AND DEEPSPACE ARTISTS AND WRITERS!!
If you don’t have anything against Valko, please continue including him in your art and writing with the other LIs. Continue making Valko content! We won’t let him disappear.
I really hope they reconsider cancelling his release but it seems the damage has already been done. Valko, his VA and the devs deserved better. We deserved better.
omg guys what just happened? I thought Valko's debut had been cancelled for the time being just so the stalled storylines could move forward. but apparently that’s not the reason and I misunderstood. Does this mean Infold cancelled Valko because of complaints from some bitches? I’m seriously going crazy here
