like to me wfc is such a wild set of circumstances that i think are definitely missing from the adult timeline so im not sure about the buy in from the survivors (also my hc is that bc of wfc javi's death was the last one and they all survive after that but for this ask's sake i'll go with the canon and present survivors!! but that said i think with more survivors, esp the ones who were like, actively participating every week there would be more buy in as adults from the get go and it would actually be more in line with wfc '97) OKAY, THOUGHTS:

tai is the most vocally resistant before the draw cause like. married!! public figure!!
van does the kombucha girl meme bc honestly she loved her role as mc and didn't really participate unless it was with tai so like, no matter how it goes she kind of wins??? so she's a pretty easy sell
shauna is absolutely affronted on the surface but you just know underneath it all she is READY to fucking hold someone down and is just buzzing
while the other survivors were living their post-crash lives, misty was studying the blade ju jitsu. in wfc '97 misty won like, twice. maybe. and one of them was because it was a tag team round and the other victory was robin (which barely counts) and after they got rescued she made it her mission that if she was ever in this situation again she would be READY (and she IS)
im so on the fence about nat!! cause like, she mentions all the sex in her rehab monologue but something in my gut is telling me she'd resist holding wfc '21??? but i can't put my finger on why
the draw ends up being shauna vs. misty and honestly i think misty wins??? shauna fully underestimated her and is absolutely fucking furious about it
