#New40k – Take cover with updated terrain rules

It’s not hiding, it’s tactical! See how rocks and ruins have changed in the new edition.

Markerlights and the Twin Lance ignoring cover means we will be shooting SIGNIFICANTLY better at units on objectives than any other army at the start of 11th since all objectives are now terrain and cover gives -1 BS

It’s likely to balance that we won’t be doing nearly as much charging onto objectives as other armies and this is only if our marketlight rules stay the same, but fingers crossed y’all, this might be big for us 🤞

Salamanders with Librarius Conclave + Firestorm/Forgefathers is a tasty combo, the Fusilade and Immolator bricks combined is brutal. I hope they do not get nerfed into the ground before I get through my Dark Angels pet project

So for Wh40k 11th edition my pet project is a Dark Angels list running 1st Company Taskforce + Interrogation Conclave, and just making the Asmodai and BGV brick the scariest thing you see that day. Do I think this will be good? No. Do I think this will be fun? Yes, oh my god if it does the thing once it's all worth it.
