To aid in the coming war, elementals were summoned. The main elements were summoned first. Fire, Wind, Earth, and Water. Their size and strength making them powerful soldiers.

However, because of this they would need to take a lot of magic and energy from their mage to gain form.

To over come this, mages began to fuse their elements together, creating whole new elementals. Steam, Mud, Electric, and Magma.

A side effect for these new fused elementals is that it would take much longer for them to form, but it was worth it for it took less magic from their mages and increased their strength and power.
