I was going to convert my bed frame and happened to want to include a few recolors to go with the set I am working towards (notice I didn’t say work on? ha)

It's douche behaviour. Wait until you're fighting something that's followed you to a chest, and some douche runs right past you and loots it without bothering to help you. It happens sadly. Also, were you in Ebonheart faction when this happened ?

I was! I was in Bal Foyen. I’ve had that other thing happen too. Something guarding the chest, fight the thing, lose the chest to whoever decides I’m their personal guardian.

I'm a new player myself, but as far as I can tell the chests spawn for each particular player. So it shouldn't make much of a difference in regards to what loot you're getting. You should still be able to loot that chest.

Oh, weird. That hasn’t been my experience at all. Once someone unlocks the chest and empties it, it disappears. It’ll respawn later at some point. I think you can only still loot the chest if someone doesn’t take everything. Luckily, the few times I’ve had a full inventory and backed out to destroy some crawlers or 0 gold stuff, no one swooped in to take what I couldn’t yet carry. 

That said, inventory management is a HUGE pain in the ass.

I haven't played ESO, but generally speaking, that's hoarding. Hoarding, while not being against rules, is unfair. Because of this, there are people who will hoard chests, such as the person you referred to.

I don't think so. I tried making them walk the plank many times to force it to happen and it never did. Maybe I wasn't patient enough, but I felt like I tried it hundreds of times...

... I think I saw someone do so in a legacy, but it could have been staged. Sorry that's not an answer, I've never experienced it personally.

Yeah, I’m thinking it just won’t happen. :( I thought maybe it was just a fear thing, like how Sims with no/low Body points sometimes won’t dive off of a diving board. But that Sim has 10 Body points and maximum fitness, and I had her “Walk the Plank” many, many times while they were on that lot, and she never jumped.

Would’ve been fun if they could. And there are already diving animations in the game, so it wouldn’t have been hard to implement. Oh well...

Yep, they can use the bubble blower. I have a mod that makes it fill the Social need of the Sims using it, and of course it’s very fun, and I believe relationship scores increase between Sims using it (although don’t quote me on that. :) ) It’s great for kids who come home from school grumpy. It really is supposed to be an innocent thing, after all; the fact that it looks like a giant hookah is just one of the game’s jokes aimed at more adult players.

well maybe the backpack becomes a CAS part and you'll need to find that CAS part, clone it and link it to the object.
