Okay, I love my new JttW coloring book

Got this beat up old thing on Etsy, scanned the pages with my phone, and am now having a blast coloring. The thing about this book, though, is that the artist is profoundly committed to the belief that everyone should be ✨gorgeous.✨ 💅

Everyone.

Sha Wujing looks like a watery Aragorn. The Bull Demon King has rippling abs and luscious flowing locks. The freaking GOLDFISH DEMON is fresh off his photoshoot with Vogue, where he spent his time adjusting his neckline to better show off his navel.

(Do Not Ask about Marshal TianPeng. You do not want to know.)

I got this book in the mail and laughed hysterically for ten minutes straight, and it is now one of my favorite possessions. I am so excited to inflict it on share it with you guys.

Fortunately (or unfortunately?) Sun Wukong was exempted from the book's mania for Rapunzel-esque hair and delicate manhwa features. I mucked with the line art a bit to make him more Monkey, but really I do admire the artist's restraint here. XD
