I haven’t gotten to the part where I know things get really screw-y but I’ve just finished episode 5 of the new season of Veronica Mars and tbh while there is much to enjoy, I’m already seeing a misunderstanding from Rob and Kristen of why the show used to work so well

Also, sidelining some of Veronica’s friends made sense in the movie, but with an 8 episode arc there’s no excuse for Wallace’s woeful lack of screen time. People who haven’t seen the show before this season could be forgiven for thinking that Veronica doesn’t even LIKE Wallace now that she can’t use him to do things for her

To be honest, I’M not even sure if she still likes him

I HATE shows that rely on misunderstandings and poor communication for humor. That make me so frustrated and uncomfortable and I hate every single character. Like just fucking SPEAK.
