friends! please spare some luck for me! i’m trying to buy a house and i’m fighting tooth and nail to make it work. there’s 1.5 acres of land, a creek running alongside that you can see from the kitchen, hand built stonework walls (and fireplace) that the previous owner installed (with stones from said creek 🥹) and a commercial addition on one side. i could literally garden and open a mini general goods store… in a community that i grew up in. it’s surreal but there’s a lot of hurdles to tackle so i just need a few good vibes. here’s hoping! 🤞
#it’s also only four minutes away from my parents’ house#ehich would be great as my mom’s health has been declining and i worry about her#which*#there’s a bidding war cuz people want the land but i think the seller is worried they’ll just tear down the house#it was his family’s home 🥺 but his mom is unwell and he needs the money for her treatment#i’d honor the fuck out of this place#if i get it i’ll share pictures with y’all#it’s truly a special little number
