Idea came out of the blue.

So I already thought about having specifications of guards in the storyline but this one is unique in that they only guard at night where they aimlessly wander around their designated place.

So, usually they would be stationed at palaces and are a type of imperial guard that towers around 6′5 to 7 foot tall. They are mute, unless forced to speak out. They have a distorted, echoing voice. They also act as, well, watchbirds. They seek out conversations that may have ill intent towards any royal member. They are basically a royal member’s bestfriend.

The cover of my new webcomic, Marsh Hallows Myst.  And the somewhat cartoony version of it.  There's a couple minor character design changes I've made since but for all intents and purposes it works.  I'm hoping to eventually make this something real. 

And it has begun!  My main website for it is http://marshhallowsmyst.com/ and you can also find it on the Tapastic website, http://tapastic.com/series/Marsh-Hallows-Myst.  If you find this, if you're reading it, please let me know because I'm dying to know if this is something good or lame or exciting or completely confusing or what.  (also helps motivate me to get moving and stop being lazy).

Primarily this is a way for me to make myself improve my art and storytelling skills so constructive criticism really helps. (be as blunt as you want!) I also would like to publish someday in physical form.  I'm slow (really slow) but I want it to happen!
