These Cranberry White Chocolate Blondies are a delightful twist on traditional brownies, featuring the tartness of cranberries and the sweetness of white chocolate. They're perfect for holiday gatherings or anytime you crave a festive treat!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup light brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup dried cranberries. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 8x8-inch baking pan should be greased. Melt the butter and add the brown sugar. Mix the ingredients together well in a bowl. It will be smooth after you add the egg and vanilla extract. Just until they are mixed in, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. The white chocolate chips and dried cranberries should be carefully mixed in. Pour the batter into the pan that has been prepared. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let cool all the way down before cutting into squares.
