The Shoreditch File Chapter 21 Preview

“Mrs Smith,” Isaac greeted. “Is everything ok?” “Yep,” she assured. “Just decided to explore a bit.” “Not much to explore I‘m afraid,” he chuckled. The schoolteacher shrugged. “Better than being cooped up upstairs.” Isaac said nothing as he returned to his smartphone. Realisation struck her at that moment. As far as she was aware, there were supposed to be two officers who were on duty. “I thought there were two of you?”

I was watching the Doctor Who Earth Conquest earlier (the documentary covering the World Tour of 2014) when I spotted this sign in the audience in Mexico City (the event where Peter and Jenna wore sombreros while Moff had to make do with a fez!)

This was of course back in the "ancient” days before whoufaldi existed when we had no idea how 12 and Clara would get on, and instead had to look back at the glories of whouffle instead :-)

Summary:  The Daleks are on the rampage through the universe, hunting planets for materials for a new legion. The Doctor and Clara are being chased by one of the scavenger ship’s which wants' back a rare artifact believed to be from Skaro. When the Tardis is hit, they hurtle blindly and crash land on a small colony planet. What was once a barren land has been transformed into a haven and sanctuary for all and every rare and dying species in the universe. Kaleds are not an exception. Here the Doctor runs into the Planet’s elected Queen. Realising her importance in the universe, he enlists her help to stop the current rampage of Daleks that are waging war on other very vulnerable planets. With past unchangeable, he plans to trump evil’s card, alongside the Queen calling his friends from earth, he seeks to save the future, forever.
