it's been a very long time since I used my colored pencils. I don't have much variety as I thought, but I wanted to color what I think cavelyn wore while they were traveling the isles and on That Fateful Night™️.
I typically associate Evelyn with black, the traditional color of witches, and red, the color of Wild Magic. Flapjack also has gold in his "blink" ability, and we can see that the color of her magic is gold in Philip's memory of her cursing him. The lighting is a bit off here, but she has red in her hair too, though all we see of her in Philip's memories is her brownish hair. I didn't feature her pinkish undertones, I wasn't sure where, but her fire is pink as shown in one of the memories.
Caleb in his childhood is seen with green, so I split his pants green and black, but honestly I'd like it to be all black. We know from Thanks To Them that Philip's infamous blue jacket was his, that I write as an heirloom and later embroidered with the witch hunter's sigil. The Golden Guard and the Emperor's Coven is associated with yellow, which I didn't display here unfortunately. Silver is more associated with witches, but Caleb is gold so he'd probably wear golden jewelry.
Not featured: masks!!! I love the idea of them wearing masks as they face danger along their travels. Caleb made the original Golden Guard mask out of wood, and Evelyn empowered it and made it look gold. She herself wears a sparrow mask that Caleb also made from wood, painted red and pinkish colors using berry juice or something.
