I don't think we are getting a next love interest. I think MJ is his enduring love interest in the MCU.
This is for many reasons. I said this on twitter, but I will reiterate it here:
Put aside the fact that Tom Holland said he would only return to these movies with Jon Watts, Jacob and Zendaya on-board. And that Kevin Feige talked about figuring out what more they could do with Zendaya's MJ.
The movie confirms Michelle Jones is "MJ Watson". They also include an unresolved "I love you". Also there was a whole story beat about how Tobey's Spidey "made it work" with his MJ, and how Andrew shouldn't give up, implying HIS MJ is out there.
These movies literally tell us that MJ is the be-all-end-all for Spider-Man.
There is no next person for Peter Parker. There is only MJ.

the only skills we saw from amon are bloodbending, and while this is a VERY powerful skill (he’s a very close second on my list), that’s not all that waterbending consists of, and so we can’t make an accurate judgement !!
also, katara can break out of bloodbending grips. she is so powerful she was able to defeat a master fire bender during sozins comet. she has defeated multiple masters!! she can bloodbend herself!! and learnt everything she knows within a year!!
