Millefeui just recently posted this to their twitter! They are the magazine that houses the "Meganebu! -From the Student Council with Love-" spinoff series (the series' artist has a twitter account here)! They will be revealing the birthdays of the Student Council as time passes!!

First up is our Virgo Student Council President, William! September 8th, mark your calendars, fandom!

That time when we all thought William was going to be our typical cool anime antagonist 

It didn’t lasted too long, though

While in a student council meeting, William starts thinking (and therefore saying it out loud) that Lorenzo is really cute and he´d love to date him if he wasn´t such a sadist. Lorenzo then feels bad (but not too much, actually), and decides to change for William.

Everything goes well for a few days, until he can´t deal with his sadist instincts anymore. And so he start to make everyone but Will suffer.

He breaks glasses in front of Akira. He take away Yukiya´s Y-pad and touch it with hands dirty with the creampuffs he stole from and eated in front of Takuma. He talks to Toru all the time only to call him "third". He bumps into Hayato to make him push Mitsuki, knowing that the kid would take care of provide suffer (he later starts to push Hayato closer to Antonio, seeing that it makes Mitsuki go all flustered and jealous).

But eventually he realizes only Will´s suffer can satisface him. And so he goes back to torment him.
