Rangers

The Rangers of River-lands are the backbone of the Colony. Rainfall is proud of her Rangers above all other Career Paths. While every role in the colonies is important, everyone knows that it’s the Rangers who truly make the Colony strong! They do the majority of the hunting, the patrolling, protecting, and even more importantly, they are the task force who will make the Alliance submit to Rainfall’s eventual reign over all. 

Good Rangers also know how to follow orders and keep their opinions to themselves. They just need to trust Rainfall and her Council to do what’s best for the whole Colony. This has created a state where every Ranger thinks carefully about what they say and who they say it to.

Only the strongest cats deserve to call themselves Rangers of River Colony! United under Rainfall’s vision, they’ll bring about a new age to Alliance!

Willowshade, leader of Shadeclan, lives with their clan in the eastern forest. They were chosen by a series of trials, as has been the case for generations of leaders. They know the importance of tradition and loyalty to each other and to their ways. These cats are raised on the stories of their ancestors, as a way to keep their memories alive. Shadeclan is known by other clans for being stuck in the past and stuck in their ways. But the cats of Shadeclan know that there is wisdom in the past.

Willowshade is the more reserved of all the leaders. Slow to share and more likely to listen and observe. They don’t want to give away anything that could be considered a weakness. But don’t mistake their quietness for cowardice, they will fight fiercely to protect their clanmates and their territory. They know what a valuable territory they have and often have to ward off Stormclan cats.  Willowshade at their happiest when they get a chance to walk through the dense forest alone or with their sister, Plumtoe.

Willowshade- Gentle River Colony Ranger

Willowshade is a pretty upbeat character and classic mom type. She doesn’t really care much for Colony politics and prefers to weave or watch over kittens, but she hasn’t deliberately chosen to become a Keeper yet. Keepers are looked down upon in the current River Colony hierarchy, so Willow would rather stay a Ranger and just do her crafts in her free time.
