All for one meditation. Within you exist the ancestors those that came before you. You are summoning the powers and traits of those that exist within you that came before you. You are healing their trauma and absorbing their strength to enhance the being that you are. Now you don’t have to speak the words all for one but you can if you need to. I suggest you have a candle burning that you can focus on as you breath in and out bringing that life force energy into you. Say all for one and imagine the scene in my hero academia when the powers activate and shoot energy from one past hero to the next as it attaches to the new hero that is you. Now I’m assuming that the power will align differently within you but I saw the constellation of either the big or Little Dipper. From those shining stars imagine the energy shooting down into as a beam of light. Any color you want. What ever feels right. Let it surround you like the light from Star Trek when they are beamed up. Imagine that light touching everybody part. You are absorbing something that will help bring you to the next level of self. After this I would definitely say take some time to use the I am affirmations you have for yourself. Peace and love.
