Filter Jar of the Wind Spell
A jar spell that helps filter out negative energy and bring in positive ones in a space.
Items:
Ø White feather (of any kind, ethically received. Fake white feathers are fine as well.)
Ø Clean Jar of any kind.
Ø Incense related to the Wind Element.
Ø Ribbon or small tie.
Ø Rosemary (Purification, healing, protection)
Ø Eucalyptus (purification, healing, spiritual cleansing)
Ø Cloves (strong protection, dispels negativity, psychic shielding)
Ø Allspice (Added vitality and energy to the jar)
Ø Lemon Pepper (Cleansing, purification, protection)
Ø Sea Salt (Protection).
Procedure:
Cleanse your space where you will be working and have all items ready. Cleanse your jar beforehand and make sure it is dry. Light your incense that is related to the Wind Element, and pass the jar through it’s smoke for a minute or so before you begin the spell, visualizing it is glowing a yellow light.
Now for the herbs. The order of herbs you place in the jar requires a certain order as you say the spell to activate the jar. The amount of herbs you put in the jar is entirely up to you, but please make sure it is not minimal. The order is as follows (as you say the spell):
“Wind, I call on your power to dispel even the harshest of energies that would seek to invade and disrupt this space.” Place a layer of sea salt.
“As I dwell in this space I invite healing which shall purify me of the negativity that may linger upon me from the days.” Place eucalyptus leaves.
“May I be guarded as soon as I enter.” Place a layer of Rosemary.
“I hereby invoke the power of wind to dispel the influence of those that are negative and the energy they present.” Place a layer of Cloves.
“May my senses be clear once again.” Place a layer of Lemon Pepper.
“Let this protection, purification and healing last as long as it is able. Let the winds take the ill and transmute it into positive.” Place a layer of Allspice.
Close the jar tightly. Take the white feather and place it on top of your jar, thanking the Wind Element for it’s help, and tie it with ribbon. Pass the jar through the smoke of the incense one more time carefully, and place the jar close to the entrance to the space you want to be cleansed and protected as much as possible. If you need to, you may take a cloth and cover the jar if you need to keep it secluded, or place it upon the floor in a corner in the space.
