Lokomotive darf sich dieses hart arbeitende Fahrzeug für den für schweren Rangierbetrieb  ja leider nicht nennen. Rangierfahrzeuge werden (oft funkferngesteuert)  zum Be- und Entladen von Wagons in Industrie und Hafenanlagen eingesetzt. Sie haben im Vergleich zur Größe enorme Kraft schwere Wagons und Zugelemente zu bewegen. Dieser fleißige Helfe würde sich sicherüber ein paar Dosen frischen blauen Lack sicher sehr freuen.

Unfortunately, this hard-working vehicle is not allowed to be called a locomotive for the heavy shunting operation. Shunting vehicles are used (often radio-controlled) for loading and unloading wagons in industry and port facilities. Compared to their size, they have enormous power to move heavy wagons and train elements. This hardworking helper would surely be very happy about a few cans of fresh blue varnish.

Windhoff 1927 : oil-cooled 4 cylinder engine which also acted as a load bearing element, instead of a frame, the cylinder head supported the tank, seat and the front fork. The Windhoff had a dry multiplate clutch, unit gearbox, front wheel brake and a rear brake which acted on the shaft drive.
