My Thoughts On En Of Love: This Is Love Story

this isn’t gonna be really professional or in depth, i just wrote my initial thoughts after finishing the last episode.

-SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN’T SEEN IT!!-

this series was okay but very short and lowkey boring, i feel like boring is kind of harsh but idk how else to explain it. it wasnt that interesting tbh. the first episode was good and got my hopes up but episode 2 made me lose my hype. firstly, i think prom could improve on his acting a bit more, unless neur is really emotionless. his facial expressions are like stone. idk if this is proms first role so i don't wanna complain too much about that. similar to 'the best twins' the twin thing was completely irrelevant, there was absolutely no need for it to exist. also bc the twins were played by one person, it was really hard to include both characters into the same scenes, so i think it would have been better if they were fraternal twins or if prarak was younger than praram and not a twin. I wish gun was more involved since he's supposed to be the possessive older brother.  it seemed like it was such a big deal that praram was gun's little brother, but nothing really happened with gun. i also just really like gun so i wanted to see more of him lol. I dont really like neurs friends, they're so nosy and rude in my opinion. their 'teasing' was just so obnoxious and unnecessary. i get it like "haha you don't wanna date him" but like they were just so extra about it, it made me wonder why neur was even friends with them. i also feel conflicted about praram's character, sometimes he seems shy and awkward but then other times he seems bold and confident so like ????? did they write and prepare for this last minute??? i feel like if they spent more time on it, it could have been a lot better. it just seems like they tried to stretch scenes out way to much to fill in the time, some scenes were so prolonged it got on my nerves. especially the texting scenes, i literally almost fell asleep during those. the reason why it was so rushed may have been due to covid but i've also heard that this was filmed and planned out before that started so idk. it was really nice to see mark and vee in it though, they were still hella cute. even though this isn't supposed to be about them i couldn't help but be more interested in what was going on with them rather than neur and praram. neur and praram's relationship seemed to come out of nowhere, it was very random and spontaneous, i find it hard to believe that they actually liked each other so quickly. in the first episode praram had an appropriate reaction to neur randomly coming up to him and following him around but in episode two he seemed to have changed a lot. (pls keep in mind i'm writing this a couple weeks after finishing it so it's hard for me remember certain things clearly lol) also that part where that guy got prarak and praram mixed up and gave praram the green tea cake, i feel like neur's reaction was kind of out of character for him? obviously this is the first person who he has strong feelings for but i still can't help but feel like he changed in that scene. he always seems very chill, relaxed and confident so seeing him get worked up and jealous so easily was weird. i have to say out of the three parts of this series, i definitely like tossara the most, it was the most well developed in my opinion. overall this series wasn’t terribly bad, just not very interesting to me. it felt so plain and there was nothing that really kept me on my toes or excited me. it was just very simple and short. i think if they had made this a normal series with the other two, like my engineer or something, it could have been more interesting. seeing all three couples dealing with their relationships at the same time rather than doing it in order. tossara and love mechanics had to be in order, obviously, but i think it could have been better if we saw gun trying to pursue bar while also dealing with neur hitting on his brother or something lol. idk
