Throwback to the winter Enipeas mountain race I did two Sundays ago at mount Olympus. 22.5km with about 1,500m elevation, 4 hours and 7 minutes through little slippery trails. It was an awesome race but I had to be watching my step all the time, which I find exhausting. And I can’t go downhill to save my life.
