I don't quite remember it but i know it looks like absolute shit, that one fruit dress from season 7(?) please fix it

SO these were worn for the opening of Alfea Natural Park and are from Stella’s more “ready to wear” line, and she didn’t want to overwhelm the opening of the Park so she just asked the girls to wear a white or black shirt/shoes with one of the pieces from her Summer Fruit prints.

If you haven't already done so, would you want to draw the outfits the Winx girls wear during the party in season 7?

so like...... i could honestly not think of a situation where the girls would actually wear these..... cus like its not their individual styles or even Stella’s design style so its not a fashion show so like???? maybe they lost a bet to another student who dresses frilly and lolita-esc and she chose their outfits for a day???????

If winx redesigns are still open, those ugly patchwork dresses that the girls are wearing when they loose their Sirenix and Bloom gives them pieces of her dragon flame? Or the unforgettable we're all cosplaying Bloom in our pink and blue outfits? Your redesigns are amazing I love them

i did the ugly patchwork dresses but the pink and blue bloom cosplay ensemble is def on my list lmao

i had zero ideas for how to ACTUALLY make the og dresses make any sort of sense, so instead of put them all in traditional Lynphean wear with a modern touch.

While I’m not defending Anon at all, (all girls are queens). I think it’s important to note that the official Winx style is inspired by 1940s fashion sketches, which had insanely thin waistlines and an hourglass figure. I don’t think there was any intended harm by this design.

Yeah no I understand that media have certain “looks” to them sometimes jyst because the creators like that aesthetic or whatever, its just sometimes winx REEEEEALLY pushes the proportions (especially seasons 6 and 7), and the flash animation makes it seem.... even weirder? for some reason? cant put my finger on why but its like especially noticeable with their hips

MY TYNIX REDESIGN IS DONE YALL. (swear this transformation gave me so many problems) also im calling this Fractix because tynix is dumb and the miniworlds are terrible and dead to me. anyways. lore below.

Tynix is another one of those transformations that barely counts as an official transformation. Basically Faunix(butterflix) gives the fairy a high tolerance to wild magic as well as some manipulation of it, but wild magic is still FOREIGN to the fairy’s core magic. What Fractix does is it actively fractures the fairy’s core magic, allowing the fairy to become a part of the wild magic. The Fractal Bracelet is made by the fairy and the fairy’s bonded animal picking a gemstone, and wrapping their core and wild magic around it. (theoretically any item could work but gemstones and minerals work best for the bracelets, it’s currently unknown as to why) It acts as a tether to the fairy’s core magic through their fairy animal. so like the animal is “holding” the fairy’s magic to keep it safe while they enter the flow of wild magic. While in the flow of wild magic the fairy has to find the corruption/blockage/leakage/ whatever the problem is at that source, and figure out how to fix it. A fairy working solo might have to take a couple trips to fix the problem, but the winx can generally get it done in one trip because there are six of them.  

this transformation is only done in emergencies when a wild magic source is completely out of wack and actively ruining an environment as the transformation itself is highly unstable and dangerous. This is even seen visually, as the fairy’s wings are barely attached to their back, are seeping into the shoulder blades, seem to be degrading as they’re transformed, are not contained within membranes the way normal wings are, and the wild magic is spilling out of their eyes, giving them the appearance of witch marks.  

If a fairy remains in Fractix for only a short time its not a big deal but the longer they stay the more side effects they suffer. colors or shapes appear on the back, eye colors change, the leaking magic might become permanent marks, and their wings have trouble forming in other transformations for a while, and eventually they dissolve into wild magic and can’t reverse it.

Stella is using Amber which is associated with romantic love, purification, cleansing, healing, energy, joy, enhances patience, draws negative energy from the body, balance, strength, spontaneity, wisdom, promotes good luck and success

Bloom is using Labrodorite which is associated with transformation, promotes psychic abilities, strengthens our will, stimulates imagination, calming

Aisha is using Malachite which is associated with calming, loyalty, leadership, protection, wisdom, comfort, balance, peace, self-understanding, positive transformation, and healing

Flora is using Watermelon Tourmaline which is associated with flexibility, happiness, objectivity, compassion, serenity, balance, positive transformation, healing, strength, tolerance, understanding

Tecna is using ruby Anyolite which is associated with self-control, self-esteem, healing, harmony, dream recall, relaxation, and abilities of the mind

Musa is using Iron Tigers Eye which is associated with creativity, vitality, strength, and personal empowerment
