Acheron: So, how were you guys defeated?
Ogron: Frozen in ice and dropped into a ravine.
Valtor: Drowned under a lake.
Darkar: Destroyed by the destruction of Relix. You?
Acheron: …Trapped in a box….
Acheron: (Damn…these guys are so cool…my defeat story must look so pathetic to them.)
Ogron: (Please god don’t let any of them know I was defeated by the power of holding hands…)
Valtor: (Drowned? I was killed by glitter dust…how humiliating….thank god these guys don’t know.)
Darkar: (Nobody can ever know I was defeated by some blonde teen spouting romantic mush to his girlfriend and a second-year transformation.)
Icy: (I know all your secrets, and I’m better than all of you.)
It's been a really rough month so instead of a silly comic I drew something depressing again.... I <3 rare show for young girls that actually tries to teach them that older men being into them is bad (unlike most shows for girls....)
some extras of it too since I can (damn my sketches always looking better than the final thing :,c)
And to lighten the mood, Spanish-Spanish Valtor screaming:
I'm going to fix Damien
Because I think he CAN work as Bloom's long lost brother, but not as her twin. As DAPHNE'S twin.
In my reboot/retelling/yada yada, Damien is Daphne's twin brother and he has not been seen since the fall of Domino. And because I'm using this story to be partially a critique of gender roles/norms and traditionalism, Damien (like in the canon reboot) wanted to be a fairy but (unlike the reason given in canon) was denied and discouraged because he was a man.
He decides to become a wizard since he still wants to learn magic, but it's not what a really wants and it's not fulfilling. Damien's resentment of his station, and those he feels put him there, grows as the years go on. After Daphne's ascension to supreme nymph and Bloom's birth (plus Bloom possessing the Dragon Flame), the resentment boils over and he comes under the influence of Darkar and the Ancestral Witches.
Damien was not seen during Darkar's siege of Domino nor was he seen after. Most people believe he was killed before the battle began or was one of the victims along with his parents, sisters, and the near entirety of Domino's people.
However (and minor spoilers for my reboot), he was in Darkar's thrall and used as a pawn during the siege. He was sealed away with Darkar and the Witches by the Company of Light who were unaware Darkar's servant was Damien.
So, when Darkar and the Ancestresses are released post reboot season 1, Damien is released as well, still under Darkar's control.
Megatrix Analysis because I think some of you've never watched the actual Season 2...
...I am starting fights again...also regarding my fic where I deliberately chose to not have Megatrix and I want to explain why.
What is she?
In short she is a fusion of our trio. Their magic, souls, bodies unified into one form. Kudos to the show to creating that. Extremely creative especially when you watched the last two seasons.
In season 1 Trix work as a union. They are always together and every mission, task, anything regarding their goal they are ALWAYS together. You can see how in sync they are and how someone like Riven was seen as a disturbance in this harmonization.
In Season 2 however we see something different. Even from the start Trix regard Light Rock differently and cannot agree on one good approach. Later we see them fighting in Lord Darkar's lair and it's honestly last time we see them truly as a coven that shares goals.
In episode party crusher even Darakr comments on them staggering. There was no real plan and Darcy (it makes no sense her beeing witch of illusion and how she was able to act like Stella in Season 1 -.-) got caught, Stormy went somewhere and only Icy was near the Crypt.
Later we see the finally getting the codex but the episode showed first cracks. Icy comments on Darcy's cowardliness, Darcy points out Stormy's lack of thinking and reacting aggressively to everything and in the end it's Icy that solves the riddle.
The jabs and taunts don't stop here. Darkar relies strongly on Avalon for his plan to work. Trix if anything i can guess the whole unfriendliness escalated and gotten worse to the point where they go on solo missions.
Trix.
ON SOLO MISSIONS.
The best I can think of from Season 1 was the episode 10. Bloom's test only because Darcy did the whole manipulation of the simulation chamber but later on WE SEE THEM IN THE CHAMBER FIGHTING BLOOM VIA VACOOMS. TOGETHER AGAIN.
In Season 2 episode 12 Darcy goes on solo mission and...does the chamber all on her own. Her sisters weren't involved at all. It's unusual. Whatever rift that started only gotten worse. The whole episode did nothing to help them get Codex or stop Winx from learning convergence. It was like she just wanted to do something.
Season 2 episode 14 and 15.
Stormy chooses to fights Musa all on her own for no reason. There was no Codex, no reason, especially the concert episode. Stormy wanted to fight. Maybe after dealing with her sisters she was so frustrated she was ready to burst and needed to let that steam off? Also her targeting Musa looks like not being able to accept she has a crush on her XD
The dialogue lines don't help her case.
The are in love--Ok but to my serious analysis.
It's Fucking Weird. Trix never go solo and be so...unorganized? It doesn't end here. During the Cloud Tower they continue to bicker and argue.
Darkar. He is the reason why any of the plans come to fruition. Not them. Their idea to use Lucy FAILS.
They either rely on Darkar or Winx to do their job, which may i remind you in Season 1 they stole ring of Solaria, figured out Bloom's powers, took over CT and stole said powers and awaken the Army of Decay.
Meanwhile in Season 2 they cannot do one single plan together, rely on others to do the hard work or go solo where they kinda do something? Kinda being a big stretch?
The whole CT plot is a mess knowing that they were in this school and now all hidden corridors, mysteries and fucking lived there fro three years.
They are winging the whole thing...it's like they didn't even try to talk it out beforehand.
Darcy clearly understands how CT works and yet they never discussed anything before starting the mission. I cannot stress enough how unusual it is for them.
Their success is thanks to Winx failure at convergence...not because of Trix' skills.
Alfea Codex was all thanks to Avalon and Avalon only...
Darkar sees how USELESS THEY ARE. He sends them to Wildlands as the last chance to earn his respect and what happens? Darcy being a simp doesn't notices Riven spying on them. They had traps which Riven being her ex noticed straight away. Alsothe entire plot could be sumed up to I dated Darcy and she loved me so much she told me everything about her powers so no fighting her is fucking sad. After ending in Riven's trap Darcy doesn't even take it out on him because she knows it's her fault. THEY LOSE AGAIN!
Darkar is fucking done with them.
Like even with ICY GOING SOLO AND GETTING CODEX FROM VILLAGE. She got it thanks to wining against Princess Amentia which wasn't hard. She has no magic . Both were near Darkar's lair. Fucking hell if I were Darkar I would just want to dispose them right here and there.
Also I think that was the moment when Trix realized how bad things got between them... We see the change when Winx and Specialists arrive.
That's a union. They talked it out.
ICY YOU AND YOUR SISTERS WERE SO BUSY ARGUING THAT YOU FAILED TO NOTICE THAT DARKAR WAS DOING ALL THE HEAVY LIFTING FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lord Dakrar literally said to them: i need your magic you on the other hand are nothing to me. Give MY monsters power they at least know ho to use it.
Trix once they were sent to Oblivion they figured out all they problems and finally choose to work together and be the Trio they always where. Megatrix is a confirmation of them resolving issues and finally having a plan and be back to the sisters they were before. Megatrix isn't a last attempt. Megatrix is the representation of them working together and no longer fighting with each other. It's them after everything seeing how awful they were and how weak they coven has become. Megatrix is what they could have always done but chose petty quarrel instead.
Also weren't they drained of their powers? Nevermind but look at them! They are back to being BESTIES!
They are a union that had collapsed but was rebuild stronger <3

Can we pretend that there was an early 2000's Silmarillion animated series and that these were Melkor and Mairon?
Ever since it occurred to me that Darkar kind of looks like demon Griffith from Berserk, I can’t unsee it.
Makes Dark Bloom a whole lot creepier to me.
