This bad boys probably going to be a WIP forever but this is my little explanation of how my design for laughing jacks neck works

He's very bird like (based on a vulture like his wings and neck feathers) but his neck kinda acts like a spring or a coil that bounces around and curls into itself

(as a note I do not do animated comms)
