i've been watching wired tech support videos lately because they're interesting and also sometimes funny, and this answer literally made me choke on my own spit bc i was laughing so hard. someone asked how to detect poison and she gave such a hilarious answer, sometimes the experts don't have much of a sense of humor.

The Wired Tech Support videos are the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. Listen to experts talk about everything from beekeeping, to volcanoes, rollercoasters, marine biology (not to be confused with the sharks video that told me smooth or rough depends in the direction of the stroke), vikings, maya, urban design... and all of them bonafide experts like professors. This is the greatest thing to happen to my nerdy soul since family friends offloaded over 1000 educational magazines.
