WIP Introduction : WIRH
Start Note:
Hey there!
I've decided to write down some information and introduce my teenage mystery WIP, Why It Rains Here. Down below will list things like title, trope, idea, synopsis, word count, and more.
This is partially here just for me to have some more ideas of intro and synopsis for my story anyways.
Hope you like-

Title:
Why It Rains Here
Genre:
Thriller/Mystery/Romance
POV:
3rd person
Main troupe/Theme:
Teen group targeted by a murderer.
Word Count so Far:
30.1k
MC:
Noah Fowl.
Secondary Characters:
Avery Anson, Seraphina Foust and Elizabeth Conover.
Original Idea:
My original idea was to have a teen move to this unnamed town and have the murders start right away. ((I didn't have the reason for the murders or any thought, so they came out of the blue, tbh)) He didn't have his new friends besides Elizabeth(Beth) and there was a side characters named Blake.
This idea was changed because of lack of sense and reason.
Synopsis/Summery:
Covington, Maine is a safe place.
Covington, Maine was a safe place.
Violent wild cat attacks, animals showing up on porches. Noah Fowl doesn't know how to feel about the occurrences in the town he's moved to. And when the other happenings begin to unfurl, he is unsure of how to leave.

When Noah Fowl gets dragged up to nowheresville Maine for his Senior year, many things change in his life.
Not only are his lost friends over eight hundred miles away, but his parents are not only drowned in their work- but also nostalgia that Noah can't help but resent. The two building up and the thought of settling into the strange town being nothing but dreadful.
But before he can manage to relax, his life takes a turn for the worse. A break in at a place he thought safe not taken seriously, as the town goes through their Annual Reunion Week, giving Noah plenty of things to think about; what places are truly safe for him?
And when a teenager is found murdered on the outskirts of town a few days before the reunions began, it triggers a situation Noah would much rather get away from.
A situation he finds himself stuck in.
