Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!
I'm probably taking a long shot here, but are there any families with young kids (6-11) that would be interested in forming a dnd party? My 7 yo loves it and is going crazy during this quarantine, I'd love to be able to help her make some friends and get some of the sillies out. I found a website with a bunch of free adventures for kids, and I'd be more than happy to dm on discord (unless one of the other parents has more experience, I've only played a few times and never dm'ed before except for one small made up on the spot adventure for my daughter and my sister). Please feel free to message me if you are interested in participating!!
You guys want more Asteria and Garrett? Well I made some more anyway. This one focused more on Asteria (don’t worry i’ll get into Garrett more too).
Despite the two being seperated by mirrors, Garrett and Asteria talk ALOT. Often when doing homework (Asteria’s is more magic based but hey it’s still homework). And while the time isn’t all that different for the two of them, they do end up talking late into the night if they’re really into their conversations. Also if you notice, the mirror in the first drawing is smaller. It’s because the magic mirror that Asteria has meant to be a magic mirror (as opposed to Garrett’s which became magic via chance and ???), allowing her to change the size of it for her convenience.
As for Garrett’s stories, he’s a writer (or trying to be) and writes a whole bunch in hopes of making a novel someday. Asteria currently is his number 1 fan and never turns down listening to him talk about the stories. Even if she should probably have gone to bed an hour ago.
And now introducing Asteria’s two moms!! The one in yellow is Helena (dubbed Queen Mom, by Asteria), and the one in blue is Chryscentia (dubbed Magic Mom, by Asteria and Chryssy by Helena.)
Both of them care for Asteria super deeply, but they also know they have to teach her how to not only be a witch and future queen, but the future queen of witches. So quite a bit for her to deal with.
Getting Real for a second
So those who really follow my shop know I had a baby...and nearly died.
3 months in now and honestly I am an exhausted zombie that has more frizz than ever seen possible.
I no longer get the shower or bathe on my own, I no longer have 2 hands to do anything, and scariest of all I have a little amazing life fully dependent on me.
Sleep when baby sleeps is a lie fyi
it will not happen. Too busy watching her breath. [sadly this isn't unfounded even at 3 moths, a multitude of health issues runs in the fam and we have had actual scares that warranted ER visit/ seeing doc right away] i’m one stressed witch.
Being a Mom is the hardest thing I have ever done.
But when my baby witch smiles or giggles it’s literally the most precious thing in the entire world.
I know my witchy shop doesnt really scream witch themes that we typically see, but the further along this goes the more I see other witch mommies doing their witch mom thing and I really hope to grow my business to be very family inclusive. we arent all hot single witches running naked in the woods [but honestly pants, no thanks] [and I love the woods, but now live in florida], I want to direct my business to being inclusive and having items for witch kids.
I would love for witchy families to send me feedback on what they wish to get their kids so maybe I can try to fill those gaps one day.
If you made it this far reading, thank you!!

Witch problem
Normal moms worry about their teens sneaking out and partying.
My mom had to worry about that, and worry about us summoning demons and botching spells.
