I don't know about the feeling, but in my experience with bulemia, deep breathing provoked the gag reflex. I've read that with anxiety, your supposed to breath deeply and slowly, so idk if that's even practicable for you to do, but maybe try and flatten your breath (idk how to say it in English, that's how we say it in German). this probably wasn't helpful at all, but I hope you'll feel better very soon!

ugh ye all the websites say breathe deeply but that literal just makes it worse like ugh @ life. i kinda get were ur comin from with the breath flatten thing but howw

my favorite movie atm is Deadpool, though I'm sure that you know it. my other fave is the wlw movie "The World Unseen". it's really soft and nice and both of the female main characters are poc, so that's a plus! my face tag is "witch+has+a+face". I wish you a lovely weekend x
