Everyday Witchuals to do with/for a cat
Bonding to little fluffs can be very grounding and meditative. Here are some of my favorite little things to do for my favorite little things!
With a highly vibrational crystal (selenite, blue kyanite, blue celestite) in your hand, pet your cat. When they begin to purr, visualize the flow of energy between the rumble of your kitty and the rumble of the mineral.
Leave an offering of catnip on your patio for neighborhood cats.
Create a small (not sharp!) crystal grid on a perch area where kitty lays often.
Make quartz gem elixirs or moonwater to add to kitty's water dish, or set a similar water dish out for neighborhood cats.
Drink your coffee/eat your breakfast at the same time as your cat eats. Be present as you commune together, accepting nourishment from the earth simultaneously.
Let your cat pick a tarot card (or a few!) to read for yourself.
Draw or stitch a sigil onto their collar for protection.
Charge their dry food in a clear jar by setting it on a windowsill under a full moon or setting citrine crystals on top of the lid for 12 hours. Say a blessing when pouring it into their dish.

Yes I did! It was my first time observing the holiday as a witch, I’ve never participated in usual Ostara traditions. I repotted my cacti and a few succulents! And I watched gardening shows with my friends and drank wine 😊💚🌵🍷🥳
