Anyways, I wanna see more love stories where the human gradually grows more monstrous, and that is 100% the happy ending. We all deserve it.

May or may not have made another Bytham au! This one being a fantasy au with the concept that normal humans turn into familiar creatures once they enter the magic world. Left on their own most of them turn into feral beast, but if they can find a magic-user to mentor them they can learn to control and create their own magic, eventually being able to regaining their human form
Oh, are we biting people now? The cultist is interested.

Sorry for being unable to answering or updating something. I’ve been busy helping my little friends get ready for hibernate season
And this is for @lucifurfur
Unexpected, I reckon
“Tomorrow,” snarled Big Jim. “High noon. Be there or be yeller.”
The stranger laughed and shook his head. “I only duel at night,” he countered. “Meet me tomorrow at sunset. Unless you’re too yellow to fight in the dark.”
The town bully swaggered and blustered, and in the end he agreed.
There was a crowd along the streets the next evening. Big Jim was strutting around in his usual fashion while everyone wondered when the stranger would show up. When the last glow of light left the rooftops, he stepped out from behind a building like he’d been there the whole time.
Then he proceeded to win the fastest shoot-out the townsfolk had ever seen.
It was only a moment after the caller said go that Big Jim was toppling to the dusty street, bleeding from a now-useless shooting arm. The stranger hadn’t even tried to kill him.
Mysterious and gracious, the man from out of town trotted to his opponent’s side, and hoisted him over his own shoulder to carry off to the doc. The assembled crowd was surprised by all of this, especially the way the slim feller carried the big man like he weighed no more than a sack of flour.
He kicked the door shut to the doc’s office before even the doc himself was in there, and it took a moment for the doc to open it up and join them. He told everyone else to keep out.
He also told them, later after the stranger had left with no witnesses certain which direction he’d taken, that Big Jim had somehow acquired peculiar shrapnel wounds in the neck, and a bit of malaise that would take him a while to recover from. The doc recommended lots of rest in the sunshine.
The doc also recommended, quietly to a select few townsfolk, that they start nailing horseshoes above their doors and garlic by their beds.
Those shrapnel cuts looked suspiciously like teeth marks.
