Modern Au with martial artist LQG, he wins a lot of medals and is always focused on training, seemingly having no interest in studying.
Anyway so professor SJ who used to hate LQG when they were younger. Somehow they became friends over the years and they hang out a lot. One day they’re hanging out in LQG’s house with some other mutual friends (SQH and QQQ) and LQG steps out to buy some drinks.
Immediately after he leaves QQQ gets curious and proposes the idea of entering LQG’s room. None of them have ever been there. SJ just imagines LQG having a bunch of work out equipment and medals. Nothing crazy, typical stuff a brainless brute would have.
Surprisingly, they find shelves full of books, academic books, none of them fictional, all of them boring and thick enough to count as a weapon.
SQQ is like “Omg he actually reads?” As he opens the books and sees all the detailed annotations inside.
They also find a drawer full of research papers, very good written ones in Shen Jiu’s opinion too. Unfortunately no work out equipment to be seen.
When LQG gets back they ask about it and he’s like:
LQG: Uhm I have a PhD? I’m literally a biochemist. You guys didn’t know that?
SJ: NO!
QQQ: What else are you hiding!?
LQG: I also model from time to time
QQQ: that’s not that surprising
SQH: yeah that was more predictable
LQG: I also wear glasses.
SQH: SINCE WHEN??
