Polly thinks oblivion waits for them after death.  While Polly CAN die of illness or succumb to injury, the only threat of death that is currently on their radar is deletion.  So to them, death is your complete and utter erasure from this plane of existence, with nothing left behind to let anyone know you even existed.

The idea of death is very frightening to Polly because of this.  Especially because on the internet, everything moves quickly and they are pretty sure that even their presence there would be quickly forgotten by everyone but their siblings.

who is more likely to hurt the other?

i think this is very likely for both of them! though between the two, i think leaf would because she is flighty. miscommunication can happen a lot, and considering how leaf was closer to red growing up i’m sure that would occasionally have them at odds. i think for the most part however it would be misunderstandings that would easily be fixed.

who is emotionally stronger?

this is hard -- they both are, really. they’ve had similar struggles with learning how to grow into their own without caring about other people overshadowing them or anything like that. they are both independent and are good at socializing and dealing with people, though i think leaf might eek out ahead just a little because she is more apt to tackle feelings head on instead of growing dismissive of them.

who is physically stronger?

definitely green. not only is he taller but he works out. leaf is active but she doesn’t make a conscious effort to work out and stay fit.

who is more likely to break a bone? 

leaf, sobs. she’s reckless and accident prone already. she often rushes ahead without looking, so accidents are constantly happen.

who knows best what to say to upset the other?

i think since they’ve grown up with each other they both know a lot of things about each other that would dredge up a lot of painful memories and hit a lot of old wounds, but they aren’t the kind of people who would do that kind of thing.

who is most likely to apologize first after an argument? 

whoever instigated the fight, i think! otherwise leaf. she is obstinate and difficult, and i can see her charging back into the room to sort things out even if they were both still very upset.

who treats who’s wounds more often?

green. whether he realizes it or not. it isn’t only her scrapes and sunburn, haha. he helps her see the best in herself, and talking with her helps so much. he helps leaf stop running away from herself which will only hurt her in the long run.

who is in constant need of comfort? 

this is tricky, but the obvious answer is leaf. she is easy going, but there’s a lot going on under the surface. i think green also does in his own way, though he’s done a lot of growing and with that has grown more assured.

who gets more jealous? 

green. leaf is very laid back in general, and she would be quicker to show support than she would be to get jealous. even if that wasn’t the case, she feels comfortable enough in herself that it wouldn’t ever be a problem.

who’s most likely to walk out on the other? 

i haven’t a clue honestly. the leaf muse in me says green, though if ever leaf got worked up or hurt to a certain point she would also leave quickly to take pictures or just wander aimlessly. which i guess means both??

who will propose? 

leaf. green would probably have a plan or something if ever they decided, but then leaf would just be like hey *gets on one knee* before he could execute it.

who has the most difficult parents?

leaf. her mother and her are very different people and it’s always made things rocky at home. and as much as she loves her dad, he is a very negligent parent, only wanting to be around when good things are happening, or as long as it doesn’t compromise the sort of life he wants for himself. since green’s parent’s are deceased they can’t be all that difficult, but that’s another can of worms.

who initiates hand-holding when they’re out in public?

probably green, until leaf musters up enough confidence and courage. then she’s proudly doing it all the time to the point of annoyance.

who comes up for the other all the time? 

leaf. she is resilient and can’t take ‘no’ for an answer, so she doesn’t mind in the slightest.

who hogs the blankets? 

they fight for the death. since they both dislike the cold blankets are a hot commodity. when leaf goes to bed first she burritos up by herself and green has to untangle everything much to leaf’s chagrin.

who gets more sad? 

leaf. she is constantly getting hit with nostalgia and the like.

who is better at cheering the other up?

 green. just talking to him makes leaf feel better.

who’s the one that playfully slaps the other all the time after they make silly jokes?

leaf, accompanied with a scoff, an eye roll, and a smile.

who is more streetwise?

they both are i think?? leaf has traveled a lot so she has learned a lot just by being around and talking with locals and such, and green is just a smart dude.

who is more wise?

green for sure. he has done a lot of personal growth.

who’s the shyest? 

believe it or not, leaf. she is friendly, but she doesn’t go out and actively make herself a social butterfree.

who boasts about the other more? 

LEAF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!!! SHE IS SO PROUD!!!!!!!!!! though she has toned down in recent years. just don’t ask, or you’ll regret it.

who sits on who’s lap?

leaf, especially when green is working too hard.

Peacefully, of old age, after spending his life protecting Sootopolis and its people to the best of his ability. He would’ve long chosen a successor to his role as guardian, whether they be an apprentice of Sootopolitan descent or his own child.

Should his death come quicker, he would hope it was doing something of worth. Making sure that his people were safe, protecting them from a threat to his very last breath. He wouldn’t allow himself to collapse until he knew every last person within Sootopolis’ walls was safe.

...his one wish is that his death doesn't involve drowning.

❈ to learn about my character’s eating habitsThese days, Yuuki cannot afford to be a picky eater. He picks his meals based off affordability, how filling it is, and taste, in that order. If he get a little bonus that month, he’ll get some sort of dessert to go with his meal on that day.

He’s a regular customer at the family-run restaurant near his apartment -- he’s on first-name basis with the proprietor, and sometimes helps out their school-aged daughter with homework. (No, he doesn’t get free meals or discounts for doing it. Yuuki just does it out of his own volition, and whatever else he gets is a bonus.)

The restaurant serves all kinds of meals, from Western-styled ones to rice and dishes to noodles. What Yuuki eats for the day is decided rather simply: by the utensil he’s keen on using. Chopsticks? Noodles it is. A spoon? Maybe some stew, or claypot rice. When in a rush, he opts for bread or a sandwich, but it usually leaves him hungry before the his next meal.
