I got released to eat whatever
So I had my six week nutritionist appt yesterday (even though I was 7 weeks post op) and she released me to eat normal foods now. 🙌🏻🙌🏻.
But like did anyone else who has wls freak about the amount of food you are supposed to eat now? I feel like it’s so much 😱😱.
And she also told me I’m supposed to be eating a lot more calories 😭😭. Like I’ve been averaging between 300-500ish. And I’m supposed to be up to 1000ish now. 😭😭. That’s like double what I’ve been getting and I don’t know if I can do it.
Anywhooooo if anyone has advice I’d be open to it 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Also I’ve lost 46% of my excess body weight so far 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 she said they expect people to be at 80% by a year so I have 34% more by a year. But I’m hoping to be at goal or close to it by a year out. Which is about 76 pounds 🤷🏼♀️

🙄🙄🙄. This damn island only has so many places that sell it. And I can’t find any this morning and of course I’m out of it. And its the only “protein drink” I can stand. 😫😫.

It’s just hard to except. This is 46 pounds difference and I’m actually down some more from these. 🤷🏼♀️.

Sorry I’ve been MIA for the last week or so and I didn’t do my weigh-in on Sunday. I plan on starting it again on Sunday! I also didn’t do anything for my 3 month post op anniversary. I did take pictures so I’ll probably do something this weekend with that. I’ve just been feeling blah and not like posting a lot. Basically it’s just an excuse. I have been tracking my food intake this week and also taking my vitamins which I wasn’t doing and I was deficient in some and my surgeon was not happy 😅.
I had an EGD done on Tuesday to make sure everything was going ok. And it was so I’m just a hypochondriac 🤷🏼♀️.
That’s pretty much it. Oh I did finally make it to onederland. But it wasn’t as exciting as I thought it would be. I actually just feel like I haven’t done enough. The surgeon kinda took my joy. Basically he told me I am just gonna gain the weight back. Which was a slap in the face. Apparently I’m supposed to have lost more already 🤷🏼♀️. I’ve lost 50 pounds since surgery and 77 since my highest. Like what?! He said I need to aim for 110 pounds. I was like that would be to small for me and he told me it wouldn’t so I don’t know. I just feel defeated already.
