so, a while ago i decided to redraw that one scene in wof book two where Tsunami realizes that Blister deported Kestrel to join the skeleton war essentially, because i didnt think the scene in the original gn did it justice. but THENNNN, recently i got a sudden urge to redraw the redraw, and now here we are.

As it turns out, I did in fact not leave my ipad in another city. I just packed it in a different bag. Regardless, I’d still love to do some traditional art and post it here.

In the meantime, here’s a lil WIP I started before (not) losing my ipad: a redraw of the Moon Rising cover with my NightWing headcanons! I ADORE the original MR cover but I wish we’d been able to see Jade Mountain Academy from the outside. I love any bit of dragon architecture I can see in the series and I wanted to try my hand at drawing some.

I decided to draw @crystallizedtwilight's TNBC oc, Calliope, as a wof dragon! I've been in love with their TNBC au since I saw art of it almost a year ago so I thought it was fitting to draw this cutie on (ik im a few days late) the halfway mark to Halloween! I had so much fun with the colors and I love the way it came out :D
