What era is Rebel considered "active in terms of plot"? Early Rebellion, Post Empire, Mandoverse~??

I actually have a small timeline for her written down.

In the story Rebel was first introduced in Season 1 of Star Wars Rebels and seen throughout the story for only a little until Season 3-4 is when she is seen the most.

After the end of Season 4 she sticks around Hera and Sabine during the early Rebilion I suppose and post-Empire. She isn't a fan of the whole Rebellion because they are a bit shady in her eyes. She remains either on Lothal or with Sabine (who I assume was mostly in Lothal) until the start of Ajsoka series when she is actively included in the plot
